Resources

One of our main features you will find here is a straightforward, easy‐to‐use, resource guide. Resources and services can refer to a number of different things. This website uses these terms to describe the things that people often need assistance with during difficult times. Some of these resources and/or services included transportation, utility assistance, affordable housing solutions, childcare and food. These are just a few examples of the types resources and services community members need during times of difficulty. The guide is available to health care professionals and the community alike. Calendar

Another feature you will find is a community calendar of events. Many times there are events, workshops, trainings, community meetings, educational programs and more that we miss out on. This community events calendar tries to include as many of these events as possible. If you would like an event added to the calendar, please submit it to the Contact Us page. Network

Are you a community health worker, patient navigator or promotora? If you are, then visit the Network page. The Health Worker Network is made up of professionals just like yourself from all over the state of Texas. The network features include, calendar of trainings, online chatting, discussion forums, blog posts, pictures, videos and personalized member pages. Visit the Network page to sign up to become a member of the Health Worker Network.
